Creating home-made snow!

 

Materials Needed:

• Diaper filling, shredded

• Water                             

• Ice cubes (optional)       

• Spray bottles                 

• Tempura Paint              

         

 

My nieces thought this was pretty strange:)

 

 

But a lot of fun to squish in their fingers, and paint! Even though we called it home-made snow, we weren't able to sculpt. We had many failed attempts to make snowmen.

 

 

 

 

We kept the snow for a few days. The next day, I hid letters to form I's name. She got a magnifying glass and had fun searching through the ice cubes and snow to find them. (She didn't want to do much after that.) However, S had fun finding them and putting them in order.
